Once the design is approved, we handle all the details to prepare for the build.

We create detailed construction documents, submit for permits (if applicable), and coordinate a pre-construction meeting. This is when your dedicated superintendent is introduced—so you know exactly who will be managing your project day-to-day.

As soon as permits are approved, excavation is scheduled—usually within five business days. From here, the transformation begins.

Step Three:

Phase One – Groundwork
The foundation is laid—literally.

– Excavation kicks things off, shaping your future pool.
– Rebar and plumbing are installed for strength and function.
– Soil injections may be added for stability and longevity.
– City inspections (if required) are coordinated before we move forward.

This phase sets the stage for everything that follows—executed with precision and purpose.

Step Four:

Phase Two – Craftsmanship
Here’s where your vision takes shape.

– Gunite shoot: The shell of the pool is sculpted with care, giving form to the design you’ve been dreaming of.
– 10-day hydration break: We take care of daily watering to ensure strength and longevity.
– Masonry begins: Tile, coping, stonework, fire pits, seating, and more come to life.
– Electrical + plumbing rough-ins are completed to support lighting and equipment.
– Deck injections and concrete work finish out the hardscaping.
– Clean & grade crews prepare your space for final touches.

Throughout this phase, we keep your site clean, organized, and progressing smoothly.

Step Five:

Final Touches & Startup
We’re almost there—this is where it all comes together.

– Irrigation adjustments and repairs are made.
– A detailed pre-plaster walkthrough ensures everything is complete. You’ll sign off, and we collect final payment.
– Plaster is applied, followed by any specialty finishes like spray deck or turf.
– Our 28-day startup begins: chemical balancing, equipment fine-tuning, and automation setup.

At the two-week mark, we’ll host your Pool School—a personal walkthrough with our warranty technician who will guide you through maintenance, features, and care.

And just like that… your backyard retreat is ready.
